Our Mission

We are a group of local Fort Wayne business leaders utilizing Roster Technologies Products and Services aspiring to expand our peer exchange with others using Performance and Lean Methodologies leading to improved business effectiveness and enhanced quality of life for these leaders and the individuals they lead.

Participating in a Business Forum is not unique. There are many forums and some are very successful. The common thread in the successful forums is the sharing of successes based on processes, tools and procedures used by members to achieve success.
