Effective Recruiting in the Information Age

The internet has profoundly affected the executive, professional and technical search and recruiting processes.  Many "job sites" on the web list positions and offer resumes (mostly at a price of course!) and have good search features to sort the resumes.  Depending upon whose numbers you accept, there are up to 7 million resumes in circulation on the internet.  With these resources, all you have to do is post your jobs and search the resumes and select from dozens of great candidates, right?

Not exactly. Although there are good resources available, properly using them and developing an internal search process that maximizes your search and recruiting effort is essential in this technology-driven environment.  The really good candidates are often available for only a few days.  Many employers have compressed the interviewing and hiring decision to no more than 24 hours!  This presentation introduces the services we offer to help you identify and recruit the candidates you need!  To view the rest of the presentation, click the "Next Page" link below and on each following page.
