If you are a Lean Consultant or Consulting Firm, we welcome the opportunity to add you to our roster of Lean Consultants.  By using our technologies and systems, you will be able to:

• Expand Lean techniques from just Lean Manufacturing to all of your client's organization.

• Implement a system with the structure to continue Lean Techniques and assure continuous improvement once your facilitation is completed.

• Embed the knowledge transfer in a system to assure better results and outcomes for your clients.

• Create new opportunities for your firm in audits of our technologies and your clients' outcomes and develop lasting, long-term relationships with your clients.

• Facilitate ISO 9001:2000, QS 9000 or other registered quality systems at the same time as you facilitate Lean Enterprise, either independently or in association with one of our quality consulting firms.

• Create additional value for your clients by enhancing their overall performance, quality and risk management systems and outcomes as referenced in the Enterprise Risk Management Chart.
