The Integrated Solutions and Productivity and Profitability
You will note that we do not have a separate service or product for productivity and profitability enhancement. This is due to our very firm belief that productivity and profitability improvements are the result of several small gains in many different areas and not in any one area. If you have the opportunity to make large gains, by all means do it! However, for most companies, we recommend starting with good business basics and common sense and achieving smaller gains of efficiency, productivity and profitability throughout the organization.
How do you make all of these smaller gains? It starts with objectively defining, documenting and communicating what people do and how they do it. As you will note from the Pyramid to Profitability, above, The Roster Network has unique systems and procedures to define, document and communicate what your employees do and how they do it.
No matter what industry you are in, your business success hinges primarily on only two things: (1) Your employees doing what they are supposed to do; and, (2) Your employees not doing what they are not supposed to do! If they don’t do what they’re supposed to do and do what they’re not supposed to do, your productivity and profitability will decrease.
