Notes on Exposures to Liability:

1.  Includes creating the efficiencies, systems and procedures to assure maximum profitability for the Provider. The multi-faceted uses of Roster’s systems and procedures enhance profitability while promoting compliance with legal and contractual requirements on the Provider, including compliance with practice agreements, business plans, management of individual professional revenue production, service pricing analysis and receivables collection.

2.  Compliance with legal obligations imposed by law on providers as respects coding, billing and collection, including Medicare-Medicaid “anti-fraud” reporting and billing requirements, including those systems and procedures recommended by the American Medical Association, Office of the General Counsel, “Federal Fraud Enforcement Physician Compliance” memo(*).
