 National provider of up-scale Independent and Assisted Living, and Continuing Care Communities.

General Position Description

Developer and operator of upscale Senior Living communities is seeking a Regional VP of Operations to oversee operations of communities in a region to be determined.  Position will be based in Chicago and will report to the VP of Operations.  Must have prior regional multi-community, multi-state experience in the operational oversight of larger independent, assisted and skilled nursing communities. CCRC's desired.  Must have business skills in operations, sales and marketing and financial management and a knowledge as to the federal and state regulations relating to senior living.  Will develop and implement policies, programs and strategies to achieve operational goals, working with community Executive Directors, while ensuring resident satisfaction.  Must have a mentoring/coaching management style, and strong leadership style.

Excellent analytical and communication skills, proficient in MS Office. 60%travel anticipated.  Bachelors degree in business or management, MBA a plus. Company will relocate.

Compensation

$135 to $150K

- Participate in National Annual and Regional Meetings, as required.
