- Create innovative, effective operational strategies, systems, policies and programs, and implement them

- Meet with Executive Directors in the field to inform and work with them on strategizing and implementing site-specific operational activities, up-dated Federal and State rules and regulations, problem-solve, monitor resident satisfaction.

-Train, teach, motivate and mentor marketing staff as required. Assure training/motivational needs are met.  Promote teamwork

- Assist ED’s in community Budget preparation, and monitor

- Participate in National Annual and Regional Meetings, as required.

- Interpret and enforce appropriate company policies/procedures.

- Evaluate employee performance, conduct reviews as needed.
