General Position Description

Owner and operator of upscale senior living communities is seeking an Executive Director to oversee operations at a large Senior residential community, consisting of over 250 Independent and 100+ Assisted Living units (@ 400 residents). Located in the Ft.  Lauderdale, Florida area, the facility is 15 years old, and undergoing extensive renovation, thus candidate must have experience in construction and renovations.  Must have strong leadership and financial skills and solid demonstrated successes in sales and marketing development.  Minimum of 7 years management background in the AL/IL industry.  Four-year degree required. Exceptional opportunity with a first class organization!

Compensation

$85 to $100K + 20% Bonus

Our client has determined the following are the minimum position requirements that apply to this position.

Position Requirements Your Qualifications

- Four-year degree.

- Minimum 7 years management experience in Assisted and Independent Living.

-Strong leadership, operations, financial and marketing and sales skills.

-Previous experience in construction and renovations.
