A 35 million dollar manufacturer of GeoThermal heating and cooling equipment.  They are a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock exchange. The company manufactures markets and distributes products worldwide.  The products are very environmentally friendly and energy efficient

General Position Description

Facilitate changes in processes to improve throughput using “lean manufacturing” concepts.

Lead in the training of personnel in the processes used to reduce waste, setup time, and increased productivity. Measure and track all improvement projects.

Minimum Position Requirements

Our client has determined the following are the minimum position requirements that apply to this position.

3-5 years experience in leading continuous improvement projects

Experience with “lean” manufacturing strategies

Ability to analyze & solve problems

Ability to work with little supervision

Good organizational skills.

Computer proficient.
